* Job description
• Recruit:
- Participating in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating keonhacai net1 organizing the implementation of those plans.

- Build database of potential candidates, manage company recruitment channels

• C&B (responsible for employees' salaries keonhacai net1 benefits)
- Perform time attendance for employees at the company's office daily, monitor employees' days off, working time, summarize keonhacai net1 make timesheets for accurate salary calculation
- In charge of calculating monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances keonhacai net1 benefits for employees of the whole company keonhacai net1 ensure that the payment of employees' salaries is done effectively, in accordance with the company's regulations keonhacai net1 policies to ensure rights legitimate interests of employees
- Income management keonhacai net1 PIT finalization for employees
- Update, manage keonhacai net1 calculate remaining leave according to employees' regulations
- Make HR reports to the authorities (Regular reports on employment of foreign workers ...)
- Declare social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees of the Company
- Monitor keonhacai net1 resolve issues related to the insurance regime according to the Law on Social Insurance
- Other administrative work:
- Organize keonhacai net1 support to organize internal events: monthly employee birthday, company birthday, Year-end party, Team Building, ...
- Decide the work keonhacai net1 work expenses for the company's employees
- Plan keonhacai net1 execute the succession team program

* Eligibility conditions
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Recruiter
- Ability to travel, communicate with organizations keonhacai net1 individuals
- Ability to recognize, evaluate people, organize keonhacai net1 run work
- Resistant to high pressure at work
- Clear working view, enthusiastic keonhacai net1 responsible work
- Good computer skills
- Good conversational English
